Job description

We’re seeking a candidate to join the Inventory Status Department in our Pensacola, FL Corporate Office!

Our Inventory Status Clerk's primary responsibility is to execute the administrative and clerical needs of maintaining management reports by carrying out the following duties:  Contract review and database maintenance  Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing contracts  Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies

Requirements:  Highschool Diploma or GED  2+ years of experience in office administration preferred  Proficient in Microsoft Excel  Highly organized, self-starter  Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency  Ability to meet deadlines

Compensation and Schedule  This position is full-time and pay will be commensurate with experience.  Hours are consistently Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nights and weekends are yours!
