Maintenance Cleaning Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and handle basic repairs within our busy restaurant. This role combines janitorial duties with light maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces

•

Conduct minor repairs on furniture (chairs, tables), fixtures, and equipment

•

Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and touch-up repairs

•

Keep maintenance and cleaning supplies organized and stocked

•

Inspect the facility regularly and report or fix issues as needed

•

Ensure all work meets safety and health standards

Requirements

•

Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred

•

Basic knowledge of general repairs and upkeep

•

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

•

Strong attention to detail and reliability

•

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay & Schedule (customize as needed)

•

Pay: $18/hour (depending on experience)

•

Schedule: Full-time: 25-30/week Monday-Friday; weekends may be required
