Qualifications

•

Minimum of one (1) year of current RN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)

•

Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

•

Current BLS Certification

•

Authorization to work in the United States

•

Valid driver's license preferred

•

Physical examination completed within the past year

•

QuantiFERON test completed within the past year or chest X-ray within the past five years

•

MMR immunization documentation within the past ten years
