Affirmed Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for a private-duty case in Lakewood, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers seeking consistent daytime hours, meaningful one-on-one client care, and a supportive team environment.

We are currently staffing a long-term home care case with immediate openings available. Caregivers will provide personalized assistance to elderly clients in the comfort of their home, helping them maintain their safety, independence, and quality of life.

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Consistent daytime shifts

Up to 56 hours per week available

Responsibilities

•

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

•

Provide companionship and emotional support

•

Prepare meals and assist with daily routines

•

Light housekeeping and laundry

•

Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

•

Provide reminders and cueing as needed

•

Observe and report changes in condition to the care team

Requirements

•

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification

•

Current physical exam

•

PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray as required

•

Reliable transportation

•

Compassionate and professional attitude

•

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care preferred, but not required

•

Newly certified CHHAs are encouraged to apply
