We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer with experience in real estate and residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of residential projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and residential projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
