Service Porter

We are looking for a dependable and customer-friendly Service Porter to join our service department team! In this role, you will support the service team by moving vehicles in and out of the service drive, keeping the service area organized, and ensuring every customer vehicle is treated with care and respect.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in

Drive customer vehicles into and out of the service bays as directed by service advisors and technicians

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service lane

Place protective covers (seat covers, floor mats, etc.) on customer vehicles to prevent damage

Wash and vacuum customer vehicles upon service completion as needed

Shuttle customers to and from the dealership or arrange alternate transportation as needed

Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as requested

Ensure keys are properly tagged and organized throughout the service process

Maintain service department common areas, parking areas, and loaner fleet in a clean and orderly manner

Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive or customer service role a plus

Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset

Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
