Full-time | 45 hours per week

We believe every journey starts with a great first impression, and that's where you come in. As our receptionist, you'll be the warm, friendly voice and face that sets the tone for every customer experience. From greeting guests to supporting the team behind the scenes, your role helps keep everything running smoothly.

In this role

  • You'll welcome all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • You'll manage inbound calls and direct queries appropriately
  • You'll keep reception areas organised and presentable
  • You'll support with light admin and occasional customer service tasks

We're looking for

  • Someone friendly, with a confident approach to customer service
  • Someone with clear communication skills, in person and on the phone
  • Someone with basic IT skills and an eye for organisation
  • Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer, every time.
