Execute standard changes (e.g., user access, guest Wi-Fi, basic policy updates) under run-books and change-control procedures

Capture, classify, and update tickets; escalate to L3 or field teams when required, ensuring accurate hand-over between shifts

Perform daily service checks on critical systems and produce shift reports

Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring platforms

English B2 (written & spoken); Spanish a plus

Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, Palo Alto ACE)

Scripting or automation exposure (Python, Ansible)

Experience in industrial / OT networks

Benefits & Development

Permanent contract with competitive salary

Flexible compensation package (meal vouchers, childcare, ticket transportation)

Continuous training on leading platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco
