At Van Lanschot Kempen, you will have the opportunity to work at the heart of our Investment Management activities, where your advice helps to shape innovative investment solutions for our clients. Your work includes: - Supporting Van Lanschot Kempen's alternative investment teams (Private Equity, Farmland, Non-Listed Real Estate, Infrastructure, Impact) with their investments; - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements, fund documentation, LPA's, side letters; - Providing legal advice on investment management products, mandates and fund structures (UCITS, AIFs, discretionary mandates); - Identifying legal developments in (European) laws and regulations and contributing to their practical implementation. - A master's degree in Dutch or European law, including civil law. - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in private practice as lawyer and/or inhouse legal counsel at a financial institution. - Knowledge of private equity structures and documentation, as well as financial regulatory law, particularly in the areas of collective investments and asset management - or the motivation to develop this knowledge further. - A keen desire to learn, coupled with the ambition and energy to develop yourself further, both professionally and personally, as well as incorporating and embracing AI in your work. - A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, enabling you to translate legal issues into clear and actionable solutions for the business. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. - You have excellent command of English, both in writing and orally.
