Business Development Executive

Skelmersdale | £29,000 + OTE £40,375

A rare opportunity has opened up to join our successful telesales team at Direct365. We're looking for a proven outbound telesales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking for a stable, long-term role .

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 12 months' outbound telesales experience (essential)
  • A stable work history with strong tenure
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Confident in cold calling, objection handling and closing deals
  • Resilient, driven and motivated to succeed

The role

  • High-volume outbound calling (cold & warm leads)
  • Full sales cycle ownership - from first call to close
  • Cross-selling products to meet customer needs
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Working to clear KPIs in a supportive team environment

What you'll get
