Job Title: Internet Sales Coordinator Company: Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Yuma Address: 349 E 32nd St, Yuma, AZ 85364 Schedule: Full-Time | Alternating Shifts

  • Week 1: Monday-Saturday, 8am-4:30pm (Friday off)
  • Week 2: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8pm

Pay: $16/hour + bonuses

The Internet Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping turn online inquiries into showroom appointments and sales opportunities. This role works closely with the sales team to manage incoming internet leads, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the customer journey.

Successful candidates are highly organized, comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email, and motivated by achieving goals in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a clear path for growth within the dealership and automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels
  • Contact internet leads to gather information, answer questions, and schedule dealership appointments
  • Work directly with sales consultants to assign and manage incoming leads
  • Follow up with customers who are not ready to purchase, miss appointments, or require additional assistance
  • Build rapport with customers and provide a positive first impression of the dealership
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within the CRM system
  • Monitor lead activity to ensure timely responses and follow-up
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team members to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives
  • Consistently meet performance goals related to appointments, customer contact, and lead management

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and through digital communication channels
  • Proficient with computers and common business software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
