About The Role

As a Live-In Care Assistant , you will reside at the service user's property during the assignment, providing both personal and emotional support. The hours worked can fluctuate between 8 and 10 hours per day, and the role can vary depending on the complexity of the care required. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth administrative operations and top-quality care for our clients. Your duties will include:

  • Providing compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assisting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
  • Offering both physical and emotional support to those in your care.
  • Helping with medication administration, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
  • Using our care app to ensure top-quality, person-centred care is delivered.
  • Living at the client's residence during the assignment, providing essential support throughout the day.

Key Information

  • Pay Rates: £114.39 per day (this is based on the average number of care hours per day)
  • No Experience Required: Full training and shadowing provided, so you can start your career with confidence!
