🚗 Location

• Mix of office-based leadership and community care visits in Basingstoke

What you'll need

• Level 2 NVQ (Level 3 desirable) in Health & Social Care - Your application will be considered if you are currently completing your NVQ
• 2+ years' experience in the care sector
• Experience managing or supervising a team
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
• Kind, compassionate, and calm under pressure
• Fluent English skills
• Full Right to work in the UK

Your role as Team Leader

• Lead, guide, and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Oversee and review care plans to ensure individual needs are met
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and care regulations
• Act as the communication link between care staff, management, and healthcare professionals
• Assess and develop your team's skills and performance

Your role as Care Assistant

• Provide personal and emotional support in clients' homes
• Assist with daily living tasks, medication, meal prep, and companionship
• Drive clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
• Help maintain independence and dignity at all times
