About The Role
Student Immigration Administrator
INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available from 1 August 2026 on a fixed-term basis to cover a secondment until 31 July 2027. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current lin e manager.
Salary will be £30,628 per annum pro rata on Grade D subject to knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
This role is based in the CAS Team which sits within International Student Community and Support. We are looking to recruit someone with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills to be part of our busy team.
Main purpose of the Role
The post holder will provide specialist administrative support throughout the CAS process, ensuring that international applicants issued with CAS in an accurate and timely manner, and receive an excellent level of customer service throughout . You will provide expert guidance to applicants, students and colleagues on completing the CAS process. You will also support other immigration compliance and international student support related tasks across the year.
