What You'll Do
- Diagnose & Repair: Utilize factory tools, technology, and service bulletins to fix complex mechanical issues.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform high-precision oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Multi-Point Inspections: Provide clear, honest recommendations to service advisors and customers .
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford vehicle technology.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician .
- Certifications: Ford Certification not required but preferred; Senior Master Technician status preferred.

- System Knowledge: Strong understanding of EcoBoost engines, hybrid/electric drivetrains, and advanced driver-assist systems.
- We also work on plenty of old school Fords, so knowledge of those vehicles will be needed.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
