NOW HIRING: QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE

Are you passionate about quality, detail, and ensuring excellence in fashion production? We are looking for a Quality Control Associate to join our team and help maintain the highest standards across our production process.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Work Schedule : 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range : Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect garments and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects related to stitching, finishing, sizing, fabric quality, and overall construction.
• Monitor dyed fabrics for consistency with approved color and pattern standards.
• Maintain accurate quality control records and reports.
• Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
• Conduct final quality checks before garments are delivered or shipped.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in the production department of a fashion or manufacturing company.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
