Implementation Project Manager

NPact is a software and service provider for nonprofits and foundations across the US and Canada, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction. This remote position is part of the Implementation team and reports to the Director of Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence.
• Support successful go-live and project closure activities.

Must Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading client-facing projects.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills. Nice to Have
• Experience working with nonprofits or foundations.
• Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT.
