Scaffold Labourer

We are seeking reliable, hands‑on scaffold labourers to join our hardworking and passionate Christchurch team.

No experience? No problem. Everyone starts somewhere, and we're happy to provide training for people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

About the role

In this role, you will assist Scaffolders in the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of allocated scaffolding jobs to Company standard and best practice guidelines. Bring your skills, strong work ethic, and positive attitude to a role where you can contribute, grow, and enjoy the work you do. This is a hands-on role while on-site/yard.

• Have good communication skills
• NZ Saffold ticket
• Ability to get to work, and overtime if required
• Reliable, punctual, honest and have a positive attitude
• Physically fit
• Have a can-do attitude
• Keen and willing to learn
• Comfortable working at heights
• Not afraid of hard work, and be rewarded for it
• Team player and ability to work independently

Preferred

• Full Clean Class 1/ Class 2 licence
