What to expect? As a Bartender at JAQ, you play a key role in creating an unforgettable guest experience. You welcome guests at the bar, shake up cocktails, serve drinks and bites, and make sure everyone feels at home. No two days are the same, from crafting signature cocktails to recommending wines and engaging with international guests, you'll always keep things dynamic. Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving drinks, cocktails, and bar bites with flair
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Engaging in conversations and making recommendations based on our menus
• Ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times
• Handling orders and payments efficiently with our cash system
• Contributing to upselling and promoting in-house offers
• Following Hilton brand standards, health & safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Being a true team player during busy service moments

• Experience behind the bar and knowledge of cocktails & spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and flexible attitude
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
