You'll be joining Aran , part of M Group Energy - an industry-leading provider of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions. What will you be doing?

As a Senior Site Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of operational leadership across large-scale or geographically dispersed projects, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery across multiple workstreams. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll coordinate teams, manage delivery programmes and ensure projects meet technical, commercial and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading site-based delivery across insulation, electrical, ventilation, solar and remediation programmes
  • Managing Contracts Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors to drive safe and efficient delivery
  • Overseeing programme progress, ensuring timelines, KPIs and contractual obligations are achieved
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors and operational resources across projects
  • Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS and company procedures
  • Maintaining strong health & safety governance and site discipline
  • Monitoring installation quality and driving right-first-time delivery standards
  • Supporting resolution of operational issues, risks and escalations
  • Acting as a key contact for clients, attending meetings and providing operational updates
  • Collaborating with technical, commercial and leadership teams to ensure aligned delivery

What you'll bring

We're looking for a confident and organised operational leader who can manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and delivery. You'll bring:

  • Strong site or operational management experience within construction, retrofit or property services
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary or geographically dispersed delivery programmes
  • A solid understanding of site management, operational governance and health & safety compliance
  • Proven experience managing teams, subcontractors and project delivery
  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Previous site experience , with a strong understanding of working in live site environments

Essential

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable with regular travel and early starts to ensure you are on site at agreed start times
  • Flexible to travel across a wide geographical area , including projects spanning from Folkestone to Lincolnshire and across to Oxfordshire
