Senior Engineers (Multiple roles)

About The Role

FDM is hiring multiple Senior Engineers to join the Data & AI c onsulting Practice with one of Aust r alia's Big 4 c onsulting firms , across Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. All roles are fixed term contracts for 12 months, with a view to go perm.

Each role is positioned to deliver across service lines including Data & Analytics, AI Tech Foundations Transformation and AI-powered Productivity.

Roles available

• Data and AI Integration Architect: Design and lead scalable, secure end‑to‑end data integration architectures across cloud environments, translating business needs into resilient solutions while collaborating across teams, setting standards, and ensuring quality delivery.
• Platform Engineer - Environment & Platform Setup: Provision and manage secure, high‑performance cloud data and AI platforms across environments, setting infrastructure standards, enabling consistent deployments with IaC, and supporting teams with clear onboarding and operational guidance.
• Platform Engineer - DevOps & CI/CD: Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains to enable automated, secure, and efficient delivery of data and AI solutions, while driving continuous improvement and embedding best practices across teams.
• M365 - Copilot Studio Developer: Design and deploy AI-powered Copilot solutions integrated with M365, translating business needs into effective digital assistants while ensuring accuracy, adoption, and compliance with governance and responsible AI standards.
• Integration Developer: Develop, maintain and optimise data integration pipelines and APIs, ensuring reliable, high‑quality data movement while collaborating with teams, upholding standards, and resolving issues to keep platforms running smoothly.
• Test Engineer: Design and execute end‑to‑end testing strategies and automated frameworks for data and AI solutions, ensuring data integrity, early defect detection, and audit‑ready quality assurance across delivery environments.

About You

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, provisioning, security, networking, performance
• Demonstrated experience in connecting complex systems in a way that is secure and scalable
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and ambiguous environments
• Eligibility to work in Australia
