Experienced Hospice Caregiver Needed | Immediate Hours Available

Help a client remain comfortable at home during one of life's most important journeys.

Home Instead is seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver to support a client receiving hospice care in the comfort of their own home. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing comfort, dignity, and companionship while supporting both the client and their family.

Consistent hours are available immediately for caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and who understand the importance of compassionate end-of-life support.

Available Shifts

• Days: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM • Afternoons: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM • Overnights: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Multiple shifts available. Flexible scheduling based on availability.

Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance with dignity and respect • Assist with brief changes, bed care, and comfort measures • Reposition and support a bed-bound client • Offer companionship and emotional support • Monitor and report changes in condition • Work collaboratively with family members and the care team • Help create a calm, comfortable environment focused on quality of life

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of caregiving, CNA, home care, hospice, or healthcare experience • Experience providing personal care • Comfortable assisting bed-bound clients • Dependable and committed to maintaining consistent attendance • Strong communication and observation skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
