As Global Quality Manager- Risk Management & Nutrace, you will own and shape how Nutreco drives excellence in quality risk management and internal standards (Nutrace) across our global operations. This is your opportunity to influence how we safeguard food safety, ensure compliance, and continuously improve quality processes at scale making a real impact across the value chain. What you'll do In this strategic role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve Nutreco's quality risk management and Nutrace framework to ensure consistent, high-quality standards across all markets: - Design, deploy, and continuously improve global standards, processes, and tools related to risk-based quality management and Nutrace - Contribute to the development and execution of the global Quality strategy, roadmap, and priorities - Drive consistent implementation and compliance of Nutrace across OpCos - Conduct assessments of system compliance and effectiveness, identifying and closing gaps - Safeguard adherence to internal standards, external certifications, and food safety regulations - Develop and deliver training, workshops, and communication plans (e.g., Quality campaigns, Nutrace rollout) - Translate complex quality processes into practi...
