Core responsibilities - Define and execute private markets strategy across relevant asset classes (e.g., private equity, private credit, real assets, infrastructure). - Source, evaluate, and structure investments; lead due diligence, valuation, and underwriting. - Build and manage a high-performing team and external partner network (GPs, advisors, legal, tax, administrators). - Oversee portfolio construction, diversification, liquidity planning, and performance monitoring. - Establish governance, investment committee materials, and decision frameworks; ensure audit-ready documentation. - Develop and maintain investor and stakeholder reporting, including KPIs, attribution, and risk metrics. - Negotiate terms, manage ongoing relationships, and drive value creation and exit planning.
