Job description

La Petite Maison is coming to Boston — and we're looking for the Restaurant Manager who will help shape what LPM means in this city.

This isn't a role where you inherit a finished product. You'll be part of the opening team, building culture, training your floor, and setting the standard from day one. LPM is French-Mediterranean hospitality at its best: warm, precise, guest-obsessed — and we need a manager who embodies that.

The Role

You'll report to the General Manager and lead the FOH floor team in delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience. You'll own daily operations, communicate closely with BOH and admin, mentor your supervisors, and ensure the restaurant meets its performance targets — without losing sight of what makes LPM special.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead and mentor the floor team; be the point of reference for service standards and guest handling

Ensure every guest receives the full LPM experience from arrival to departure — anticipating needs, recognizing regulars, introducing signature dishes to first-timers

Oversee daily operations; support GM and AGM with clear cross-departmental communication

Monitor guest satisfaction and covers; flag opportunities and propose improvements

Stay sharp on industry trends and local competition

Drive department KPIs and contribute to business performance targets

Support HR with junior floor recruitment and headcount planning

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3–4 years in a high-end F&B or hospitality management role

Strong floor presence — confident, composed, guest-focused

Solid understanding of LPM-style service: warm but polished, never stiff

Excellent English; strong communication across BOH, FOH, and management

Analytical mindset — comfortable with reporting, cash handling, and admin

Experience opening or onboarding in a new venue is a strong plus

Why LPM Boston

You'll have real ownership at a brand new opening of a globally recognized concept. The decisions you make in the first months will define the culture of this restaurant. That's not something most manager roles offer.

$85,000 – $90,000/yr

Strong healthcare and PTO

Career growth within an international group
