Your main responsibilities

Provide operational sales support across multiple markets (Central & Eastern Europe, Nordics, and DACH)

Coordinate and monitor order handling and delivery processes

Support invoicing processes and follow up on open payments

Prepare and support public tender procurement and tender processes, including documentation and internal coordination

Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and requests

Support Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-ups

Ensure availability and alignment of sales and marketing materials

Your profile

Fluent in English and German; Czech is a strong plus

Based in Vienna

Experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or similar role

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across markets

High attention to detail, especially for documentation, orders, and invoicing

Excellent communication skills, including customer and stakeholder interaction

Familiarity with public procurement processes is an advantage but not mandatory

Background in the medical field and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) are a plus

Collaborative and proactive working style with a customer-oriented mindset
