Rosen Automotive is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships proudly serving our customers in the Milwaukee and Madison areas for years. Our success comes from working together as a team and we have a rare opportunity for you to join us!

We are a six-franchise automotive dealer group representing Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Honda, and Ford. Our wholesale parts operation currently exceeds $4 million annually and we are investing aggressively to become the preferred OEM parts supplier to repair facilities throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

We are seeking an experienced, driven, relationship-focused Wholesale Parts Account Manager to help take our wholesale business to the next level.

Territory

  • Milwaukee and surrounding communities
  • Port Washington and the Lakeshore area
  • Madison and South-Central Wisconsin
  • Rockford and Freeport, Illinois
  • Round Lake Beach and Northern Illinois

What You'll Do

  • Develop new wholesale accounts with independent repair facilities, body shops, and commercial customers.
  • Manage and grow an established book of business with immediate income potential.
  • Prospect and open new accounts through in-person visits, phone calls, and relationship building.
  • Increase sales penetration within existing accounts.
  • Promote OEM parts programs and dealership initiatives.
  • Work closely with inside wholesale teams and delivery personnel to provide industry-leading service.
  • Maintain CRM notes, sales call reports, and account activity.
  • Become the trusted partner for repair shops throughout the territory.

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive wholesale parts sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and OEM parts programs.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and highly competitive.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
