Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Visits
Pay: Competitive per-visit compensation ($80.00+ per visit)
Location: Oahu, Hawaii
Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (PRN)

Always Best Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled services to patients throughout Oahu.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently while helping patients improve communication abilities, swallowing function, and overall independence.
Key Responsibilities
•
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
•
Develop and implement treatment plans
•
Treat dysphagia and communication disorders
•
Provide patient and caregiver education
•
Monitor patient progress and outcomes
•
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
•
Complete timely documentation
What We're Looking For
•
Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license
•
CCC-SLP preferred
•
Minimum one year of clinical experience
•
Home health experience preferred
•
Reliable transportation
•
Ability to work independently
