We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in the Dallas (75225) area. This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who has experience supporting individuals with dementia and is comfortable assisting with colostomy bag care.

Schedule

• Saturdays & Sundays
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Consistent weekend schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive companionship and supervision
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support and monitor dementia-related behaviors with patience and professionalism
• Assist with colostomy bag care and related hygiene needs
• Prepare light meals and encourage hydration
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate changes in condition or concerns to the care team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Experience caring for clients with dementia
• Experience with colostomy bag care strongly required
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
