Field Service Technician - Kubota Dealership

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing Kubota dealership team. In this role, you'll provide on-site maintenance and repair for Kubota equipment, delivering top-quality service to our customers in the field.

**Signing Bonus available for Red Seal Certified Heavy Equipment/Truck & Trailer Technicians. Also, completion of Block 4 working on Red Seal Certification. To be eligible for the bonus program, resumes must be sent directly to Bayview's job ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Kubota tractors, mowers, and equipment at customer locations
• Perform routine service, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Accurately document work performed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications

• Experience working on agricultural or heavy equipment (Kubota experience an asset)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
