Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into research solutions
• Prepare research briefs and collaborate with internal research teams
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and commercial negotiations
• Manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Monitor pipeline performance and contribute to revenue growth targets

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fieldsor related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Market Research, Consulting, Advertising, Media Agency, or related industries
• Proven experience in client-facing, sales, business development, or account management roles
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Experience in preparing research proposals and project cost estimations
• Familiarity with consumer insights, brand tracking, U&A, segmentation, product testing, and customer experience studies
