Assistant Manager/Manager - Cinema Ad Sales Qube Cinema Network is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - Cinema Ad Sales . The role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through the sale of cinema advertising solutions, building and managing a strong client base, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure successful campaign execution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for cinema advertising opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, brands, and media agencies.
- Present and promote Qube Cinema Network’s advertising solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and media plans.
- Provide clients with detailed commercial proposals and cost estimates.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Share relevant market intelligence and business updates on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related business development roles.
- Experience in media, radio, cinema, digital, print, television, or out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales will be an advantage.
- Additional certifications or professional courses related to sales, marketing, or business development are desirable. Skills & Competencies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close business effectively.
- Good understanding of the advertising and media landscape.
- Established industry contacts and relationships will be an added advantage.
