Housekeeper

Housekeeper Racine Country Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall member experience throughout our clubhouse and facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a welcoming environment, and can work independently while occasionally collaborating with other team members. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred. Position Details

• Full-time position
• Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Monday - Friday
• Includes alternate weekends and holidays as needed
• Starting wage: $18.00 per hour Responsibilities Cleaning & Facility Maintenance
• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the clubhouse and assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and common spaces
• Dust and wipe surfaces, clean mirrors, and maintain high-touch areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors, rugs, furniture, and fixtures
• Change and replace linens as needed Opening & Operational Duties
• Open and prepare club facilities for daily operations
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order
• Report maintenance concerns, shortages, damages, or security issues promptly
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of housekeeping, custodial, or related experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Positive attitude and member-service mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and pull for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
