Office Administrator Intern 12-Month Paid Internship | Zug, Switzerland | Start Date: Per Agreement About PIPECARE Group PIPECARE Group is a global leader in pipeline inspection and integrity services, operating across 80+ countries in the oil and gas industry. Our Zug office serves as the European hub for our Group finance and administrative operations, and is home to a small, international, and dynamic team. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator Intern with an accounting background to support our Zug team with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. This is a 12-month internship offering real hands-on exposure to international finance and business operations in a fast-paced global company. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and general administration
• Organize, maintain, and update company records and documents
• Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
• Perform accurate data entry for financial and administrative records
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in reconciling financial records and preparing reports
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications
• Handle filing, scanning, and document archiving
• Assist with procurement and office supply management
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and company information Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• German and English — both are required for this role
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently within a small international team
• Eligible to work in Switzerland Preferred Skills
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
• Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
• Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
• Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
