As a Site Coordinator, you will provide support to the Site Manager and team members of regional offices. At the same time, managing and proactively building relationships across the wind industry. As a Site Coordinator, you will oversee a broad range of activities including checking in and out parts and tooling, ensuring accurate inventories, calendaring, supporting travel, managing high-priority workflows and approvals, processing expense reporting, organizing meeting notes and other due diligence information and assigned duties.

Provide logistics support for tooling and spare parts movements?

Assist technicians with all service orders, timesheets, and expenses?
•
Compile weekly functional area reporting data, and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings?
•
Utilize and leverage technology to perform responsibilities, including a commitment to maintaining electronic records and other digital mediums?
Are You Ready to
•
Check daily service orders, reports, and timesheets for accuracy.
•
Comply with internal policies and procedures and customer site rules.
•
Organize and track all inventory for the wind farm.
•
Interact positively and professionally with external and internal teams.
•
Anticipate the needs of the Site Manager and provide support as appropriate.
What You’ll Need
•
High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree is a bonus, but not required.
•
1+ years’ experience on-site at a wind farm
•
Valid Driver’s License
•
Ability to read and interpret documents, and follow instructions, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
•
Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions.
•
Ability to deal with problems involving at least one concrete variable in standardized situations.
•
Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
