 What You’ll Do As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary—educating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top-tier cannabis products. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.

Day-to-day duties include

•

Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude

•

Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage

•

Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures

•

Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness

•

Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge

•

Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws

六 What We’re Looking For

•

Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License

•

Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

•

Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)

•

Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus

•

Must pass a background check (CORI)

•

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

•

Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn

Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
