What You'll Do

• Help customers find products that fit their needs
• Educate guests on cannabis products and consumption methods
• Create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through checkout
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store organization
• Follow all state regulations and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• 21+ years old
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Retail, hospitality, or sales experience
• Cannabis knowledge or dispensary experience
• Point-of-sale experience

Schedule

Full-time 5 shifts per week
