The Role
High transaction volume. Strong lender relationships. A corporate F&I structure that supports you. Your job is to maximize every deal that comes through the door, maintain a process that holds up, and deliver numbers that reflect what a real producer can do.
What We're Looking For
- Consistent PVR performance and strong VSC and ancillary penetration
- Credit and lender knowledge that moves deals, not just processes them
- Clean compliance record. No exceptions
- Someone who wants to be somewhere in two years that they cannot be today
