Job description

- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a consistently high standard
- Managing and running a specific section of the kitchen during service
- Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Ensuring all food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety standards are followed
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assisting with stock control, stocktaking, and ordering supplies
- Operating kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues
- Minimising waste and supporting efficient kitchen operations
