Position Overview

Southern 441 Toyota is seeking a motivated, results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are looking to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in a professional and consultative sales process
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all vehicles and services
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based role
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential . Income is driven by individual sales results.

Typical earnings range: $60,000 - 120,000+ annually, based on performance.
