Henri Willig Cheese Factory, also known for its organic Hooidammer cheeses, is a rapidly growing, independent cheese producer, exporter and retailer that has been successful in the premium cheese sector since 1974. More than 450 members of our Cheese Family are involved every day in making our award-winning cheeses, which we supply daily to our customers in more than 35 countries and sell in our more than 30 own shops. The Head of Internal Sales is responsible for coordinating the work of the Internal Sales department and thus ensuring the smooth flow of sales orders. You consistently provide the highest quality of service to our customers. You are results-driven and seek the best possible solution for your customers. You coach, facilitate and inspire your team members so that they can achieve their full commercial potential and to further within the team and the company. You work closely with the Account Managers to achieve the company's commercial objectives. You do not hesitate to propose and implement structural improvements to the sales process. In this role, you will lead a team of 8 colleagues, report to the Commercial Director and form part of the Sales Team, which consists of 13 colleagues. Furthermore, you act as the linchpin between various teams and make a significant contribution to an effective supply chain. We prefer a 40-hour week, but a 32- or 36-hour working week is negotiable.
