Parts Specialist – Fleet Operations (On-Site)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hours/week) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime available)

You’ll play a key role in fleet expansion by ensuring all parts and materials are properly tracked, organized, and ready for vehicle builds.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with managers, technicians, and engineers to support vehicle builds
  • Track and manage parts inventory across multiple locations
  • Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines
  • Identify and escalate part shortages or build blockers early
  • Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
  • Proficient with Windows, macOS, or Linux systems
