Job Title Execution Coordinator Compensation $82.80/hr Location Anchorage, AK 99501(North Slope Rotation) Schedule 14x14 Rotation (North Slope) /12 Hr days Target Start Date Not specified Scope / Overview The Execution Coordinator ensures the safe and efficient delivery of large modifications, major maintenance, and refurbishment programs on the North Slope. This role provides on-site coordination across multiple work groups during construction and simultaneous operations (SimOps), resolving conflicts, maintaining compliance, and enabling smooth execution from planning through project closeout. The position serves as the primary field coordinator between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Wells, Drilling, O&M, and contractors to ensure all work activities remain aligned, conflict-free, and safely executed. Execution Coordinators are expected to travel approximately 10% . Main Accountabilities Field Execution & Simultaneous Operations (SimOps)

  • Coordinate execution of major maintenance, capital projects, and facility modifications.
  • Lead daily SimOps coordination to ensure safe and efficient use of shared field resources.
  • Anticipate and resolve spatial, scheduling, operational, and resource conflicts between work groups.
  • Maintain uninterrupted execution across multiple simultaneous work activities.

Safety & Compliance Leadership

  • Ensure full compliance with the ConocoPhillips HSE Management System.
  • Make safety and environmental stewardship the highest priority in all decisions.
  • Enforce site safety standards, work permitting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote safe work execution throughout construction and maintenance activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate execution between:
  • Operations
  • Maintenance

  • Provide field feedback to planners and engineers to improve constructability and execution readiness.

Tasks & Responsibilities Pre-Execution Readiness

  • Support Long Range and Infrastructure Planners.
  • Participate in constructability reviews.
  • Provide contracting recommendations.
  • Validate project scope.
  • Assist with cost estimating.
  • Monitor budget impacts.
  • Manage scope changes during planning.

Execution Coordination

  • Serve as the on-site coordinator between COP maintenance teams and resident/third-party contractors.
  • Coordinate daily SimOps activities to eliminate conflicts in:
  • Space
  • Schedule
  • Resources
  • Coordinate field logistics including:
  • Flights
  • Billeting
  • East-West transportation
  • CD3 visits
  • Coordinate response to emergent work such as:
  • Pipeline leaks
  • Drill site shutdowns
  • Unplanned maintenance events
  • Coordinate POP activities from rig handover through first oil.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track construction progress.
  • Monitor cost performance.
  • Track scope changes.
  • Update monthly execution plans and budgets.

Communication & Escalation

  • Serve as the primary communication link between:
  • Field crews
