Following significant growth of the Brussels office, this is a creation of position , offering strong ownership and the opportunity to build and shape processes locally as Finance Manager .

As Finance Manager , you will take ownership of the full finance scope for the Brussels office, combining operational execution with structuring responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day finance activities for the Brussels office, including accounting, payroll and billing coordination
- Oversee end-to-end payroll in collaboration with external providers, ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations
- Maintain local accounting in line with Belgian GAAP, working closely with external advisors where needed
- Ensure compliance with tax and VAT obligations
- Monitor cash flow in coordination with the central treasury team
- Review and process invoices, payments and expense reports (including through e-invoicing tools)
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participate actively in the set-up and internalisation of finance processes, currently managed from London
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and help structure the finance function as the office grows
This is a role requiring both autonomy and strong collaboration with international teams.
You are a hands-on and proactive finance professional, comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Solid experience in accounting and finance within Belgium
- Good knowledge of Belgian GAAP and tax regulations (VAT, compliance, etc.)
- Experience in an international or professional services environment is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously while interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Flexible, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English (office working language); French and/or Dutch is an asset
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems and expense/invoice tools is a plus
