Direct Support Staff

Direct Support Professional Join our team and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, meaningful lives. Build relationships, teach life skills, and assist with daily routines in a rewarding, purpose-driven role. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living and personal care
• Support social and life skills
• Engage in activities and build relationships
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Complete daily documentation Qualifications:
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Willing to actively engage with individuals
• Able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent No experience required – paid training provided! What You’ll Gain:
