Water Operator – Licensed

Job Title : Water Operator – Licensed Location : Millsboro, DE (Relocation Assistance Available) Base Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 Industry : Renewables & Environment Job Category : Manufacturing – Other Manufacturing

Job Details : Able to operate a shift unassisted and have the ability to rebuild equipment. A Water Operator Level B possesses a Water Operator license and 1 – 2 endorsements. Endorsements required for Millsboro include Distribution, Disinfection, Chemical Feed and Filtration. Will have 1+ years of acceptable operating experience.

Work Shift Hours: 11.pm – 7.30am Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities : Operation of the water treatment system. Assists with compliance documentation and recordkeeping. Maintenance of water equipment and wells. Adheres to all safety requirements, including protective equipment (PPE) Performs process control lab work.

Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED. Active Water Operator license with 1 – 2 endorsements. 1 – 3 years of acceptable operating experience. DE: Recertify every 2 years with completion of 20 hours within that timeframe. NC: Recertify annually with completion of 6 hours of continuing education
