Service Assistant/Shuttle driver

Must be customer service oriented. Must have clean driving record.

Job includes shuttling customer home and retrieving them when vehicle is completed,

Making follow up phone calls to customers regarding services completed.

Calling customers to inform parts have arrived and scheduling appointments.

Scanning completed repair orders into system, Some filing may be needed at times.

Any duties to assist service advisors in taking care of customers.
