Job description
· Manage an existing book of business and convert warm leads into paying customers using a consultative sales approach. An average of 60 outbound calls a day is required
· Conduct needs analysis and follow up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs
· Coach and advise Real Estate Agents and Brokers on best marketing strategies within software
· Grow your knowledge of the Consultative Sales Approach along with our client’s suite of products through our Sales training program
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Communications preferred
· Must have 3+ years of inside sales experience with a proven record of success
· Must have experience with setting daily, weekly and monthly goals with the drive to exceed them
· Must have the ability to close 2 sales deals a day in a fast-paced and growing environment
· Ability to learn and embrace new sales methods
· Ability to “think on your feet’ in order to solve customer’s business needs effectively
· Must have 1-2 years of experience using CRM programs preferably Salesforce
· Real Estate experience a plus
· 3+ years of experience making outbound phone calls to businesses or business owners
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; heavy use in Excel and Word
•This is a full time position which is eligible for benefits. Hours are scheduled at 40 per week between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position with commission opportunities. All employees are required to submit a background and drug screening prior to starting.
