Responsibilities of a Customer Care Coordinator

• The Coordinators are responsible for aiding the Sales and Service Teams with overflowing customers via phone call, internet lead submissions, and in person opportunities.

• Assist in attending to all inquiries and customers in a timely fashion

• Set appointments for in person visits, call backs, video communication, etc.

• Gather as much information as possible and build immediate rapport

• Execute strengthened handoffs of live opportunities to ensure our best chances at converting
