Pastry Sous Chef/Baker
Job description
Due to expansion Eusebi’s are currently looking for experienced baker in their offsite bakery .
We produce all our desserts , sourdough focaccia here for our award winning restaurant and deli . This is a rare opportunity and you will be working under a very passionate head pastry chef from a strong hospitality background.
To be successful in this role you must have at least 5 years experience
Hours are 45 per week . The bakery operates on a 7 day basis . Current shift patterns are over 5 days
( 5am -2 pm )
Salary is competitive .
Applicants must have at least 5 years experience and be able to produce breads , donuts,focaccia and savouries . Dessert and decorating skills would be advantageous.
We are looking for candidates who have
- Excellent baking skills
- Knowledge of dough and shaping
- Proven Supervisory skills . You will be involved in taking and training junior chefs under your wing .
- Are able to work to tight deadlines
- Can carry out physical work
- Passionate about artisanal hand crafted desserts .
